Hugo Boss Summer Promotion

Menswear titan Hugo Boss creates leading styles for the modern gentleman season after season. Sophistication, refinement, and simplicity characterise the luxury fashion empire who design clothes for dynamic and inspiration lifestyles. By simply putting on a pair of Boss sunglasses you can transform yourself. Now, it’s easier than ever because B Sunglasses are having a huge summer sale on all Hugo Boss eyewear.

Hugo Ferdinand Boss established his eponymous brand in Germany, 1925 as a uniform manufacturer. The social and political climate caused very tumultuous beginnings, but they came out the other side and reinvented themselves into the brand we love today. Hugo Boss is a sprawling fashion empire, with a number of diffusion lines like Hugo, Boss Orange, Boss Green, and the classic Boss.

Boss is renowned for its continuous use of celebrity campaigns, using icons like David Beckham and Orlando Bloom to represent their values of dynamism and precision. Luxury, sophistication, and the modern gentleman are themes all of the Boss campaigns have in common whether they’re for work or play. Most recently, England’s football star Harry Kane has teamed up with Boss for their summer campaign. In the lead up to the World Cup, England’s captain appeared alongside Philippe Coutinho, Julian Draxler, and Alvaro Morato to advertise Boss’s latest Parfum Soccer Campaign. Kane looked sharp in his tailored suit, as he strode through an underpass with the other gents. Harry Kane represents the modern gentleman, and is therefore the perfect partner for Hugo Boss.

Hugo Boss stretches out far and wide, not only into fashion and sports, but also into the art world. This year, Boss are working with London’s National Portrait Gallery on their latest exhibition “Michael Jackson: On the Wall.” As the name suggests, the exhibition takes a look at the life and work of the legend singer and celebrates what would have been his 60th birthday on 29th August. One of the primary works is a huge portrait of Jackson made from the vinyl covers of his “Thriller” album by artist Graham Dolphin. Hjödis Kettenback, head of communications at Boss said, “When the National Portrait Gallery told us that this artwork was included, it was a no-brainer for us to work with them because, on the cover [of Thriller], Michael is wearing the iconic Hugo Boss white suit. It’s amazing to have this connection to him,” she said. In commemoration, Boss are releasing a revamped, slim-fit edition of the white suit, which was an iconic outfit of the King of Pop. What’s more, Boss will also release a limited-edition capsule of three unisex T-shirt styles adorned with a graphic print of a significant moment in Jackson’s career.

More recent stars to represent Boss include actor Henry Cavill who fronts the new eyewear campaign, #SharpenYourFocus. Known for his super-hero roles, British actor Henry Cavill is a 2018 Hollywood icon. During the campaign, Cavill speaks about his work: “My approach to my work as an actor; I like to practice full immersion in a story or a character and I feel if you do that, if you immerse yourself in a character, you can truly focus on what the essence of the character is.” Cavill is clearly determined, committed and extremely talented. #SharpenYourFocus, is two-fold as it not only celebrates the new slick eyewear collection, but also focuses on ambitious and inspirational men. Photographer Paul Wetherell shoots the campaign, in which Cavill is seen looking refined and sophisticated, in simplistic settings. This style has become synonymous with Boss, who use sleek and simplistic designs to create timeless eyewear styles.

“When we focus, everything is possible.” Each pair of Boss sunglasses is as strong as the campaign. Bold styles, sleek lines, and contemporary colourways make up the collection.
