Moncler were stars of Milan Fashion Week last month and we’ve got our eye on them again. Brand new to B Sunglasses’s site are some beautiful arrivals from Moncler. The collection is luxurious and sleek; perfect for catching the end of the ski season as well as styling yourself for the upcoming summer.
At Milan Fashion Week, Moncler made an innovative transformation to the way we think about fashion. After much anticipation and mystery, Moncler opened their Genius Building- a conceptual space built to house the new collections. The space was packed with celebrities and fashionistas from across the world.
The Genius Building was filled with huge tent-like constructions of different sizes. Each one was covered with silver fabric and surrounded by smoke. Spotlights shone into the pods. The traditional runway space was thrown out by Moncler this year, not only in the staging but also in the collections. Moncler didn’t limit themselves to showcase one collection, no, they wowed their audience with eight collections. The clothing was draped on mannequins, hung from the ceiling and projected onto mirrors. The futuristic space matched the modernity of the concept.
Remo Ruffini, Moncler’s Creative Director, said: “The concept of the catwalk show doesn’t exist anymore for us, it’s a new way of working from now on.”As well as the transformation to the show in Milan, Moncler also announced they would start rolling out collections at a faster pace. A complete adaptation to the digital age.
Our favourite star from Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown, attended the Moncler Genius event wearing none other than Moncler itself. She looked incredible, wearing a puffer coat as a gown on the red carpet, it had a signature Moncler logo patch decorated with stunning bead work. Brown accessorised with Repossi jewelry, including stackable rings, a single gold bracelet and a delicate necklace. Her hair was slicked back, and he nails paint black. Brown’s look was incredible anyway, but at only 14, she stole the show.
The new arrivals are characterised by this modern and creative Moncler flair.
These full rim round sunglasses are sophisticated and sleek. The round frames are in a shiny light ruthenium with blue lenses for a modern and striking finish.
The new square sunglasses in black are simplistic and effortlessly cool. The interesting keyhole frames are characterised by an understated contemporary twist, with the Moncler logo standing out proudly from the temple detail.
