Buoyed by the newly released Sam Smith fronted Bond theme tune, ‘Writing’s on the wall’. We’ve decided to take a look at the latest trailer for the Bond film, Spectre.
Spectre, sees Daniel Craig reprising his role as agent 007 with Christoph Waltz playing the movies main antagonist, while Monica Bellucci stars as the widowed wife of an infamous criminal.
Sam Mendes’ film revolves around a plot by sinister organisation Spectre to take down MI6 once and for all. Bond’s only chance of survival, while exposing a major conspiracy, is to protect the sibling of a powerful enemy. All while traveling to such glamorous destinations like Mexico City and Rome.
However he saves the world, it will be with a certain style and sophistication that we’ve all become accustomed too. Along with the obligatory Aston Martin and cocktail, the fashion highlights of the trailer have Bond looking immaculate in his iconic tailored White Tuxedo, last donned in 1985’s ‘A View to a Kill’ and his new Tom Ford sunglasses.
Craig’s 4th Bond film hits our screens in late October and we’ll be hoping to see how the secret agent saves the world this time round. Spectre is looking on course to be the best Bond film yet, with Craig as the British spy. Which begs the question: Has he now surpassed Roger Moore and Sean Connery as the greatest Bond?
Spectre opens in the UK nationwide on October 26th and will be closely followed by the US and Australian release on 6th November.
